Nobody Nothing

About Nobody Nothing

Hi! My name is István Szántai, and I’m the founder and creative force behind Nobody Nothing.

I’ve been working in the creative industry for over 25 years – across advertising, graphic design, music composition, sound design, and interactive content. Nobody Nothing is an independent, experimental workshop where each project is a new playground: a space to explore technologies, ideas, styles, and moods.

The name “Nobody” wasn’t chosen by accident. I’ve heard it all before: “You’re a nobody,” “That idea’s too big,” “You’ll never pull it off.” But that’s exactly what drives me — to prove that you don’t need to be backed by a big name to create something unique and meaningful.

My mission is to bring to life exciting, unusual, and often unconventional projects — things that surprise, inspire, or simply look and feel fun to experience.

I collaborate with different creatives on a per-project basis and stay open to everything that feels fresh and promising. I work with various engines, programming languages, and AI tools. For me, creativity doesn’t come from following industry trends — it comes from passion and curiosity.

About Block Blaster Pinball

This game is basically a mix between classic pinball and Breakout (Atari, 1976)  you’re hitting the ball with flippers while trying to break all the bricks. Oh, and you have infinite balls to do it!
Sounds fun, right?

Well… of course, it’s not that simple.

Your goal is simple:
Collect all 45 badge keys. You’ll earn a new badge for every 10 rank points you achieve.

Key features
Classic drain penalty. If you drop the ball, you lose a point, but the ball respawns so you can keep playing.

The Evil Spike. This is located at the bottom center. While active, if the ball hits it, you get a easy mode 1, normal mode 7-point penalty. Make it inactive as soon as possible.

Timed gameplay your final score depends on how fast and smart you play.

45 unique badge keys complete challenges and unlock all levels.

13 distinct themes switch anytime.

Sarcastic commentary the game mocks you loudly every time you fail.

Online leaderboard prove your skill to the world.

Create your own themes customize visuals, music, SFX. Make your own levels and become part of the game!

Block Blaster Pinball is about endless retries, fast restarts, and testing your patience. If you’re persistent enough, you might conquer the ultimate challenge or just enjoy laughing along with the game as it mocks you.

Behind the scenes

Programming Accident: The 'Kicking Shoes'

Game development is full of unexpected surprises. In this video, you can see one of the funniest programming bugs from the game’s early phase. The flipper arms weren’t hitting the ball; they were going their own way, as if they were a pair of self-kicking shoes. A little humor about the struggles of development!
